First you'll want to refer all of your preferred providers to the site. Click the 'Refer a Provider' button below where you will write a personal referral to your clients as to why they should hire your preferred provider.

Writing a referral is easy! Just state the facts! The provider showed up on time, answered all my clients questions, never had a complaint, I've been working with them for years, etc.

From your clients perspective we are a quoting website. When a request is submitted all the providers who are in the area will receive the request and respond with a quote.

Your clients now have a way to choose a provider based on their comfort level while still receiving your influence.

Your referred providers will be listed first in your clients responses followed by the providers of the other agents in your office. We always want you and your agency in front of your clients first.

When your clients view your providers quote they will see your personal referral which helps them know who to hire. We do not highlight the personal referral of other agents to your clients.

A great way to introduce our services to your clients is when they need the home inspection done.

First, let them know about the benefits of using our site and how conveinent it is for them to use.

Then create their account by clicking 'I'm a Realtor'/ 'Sign Up Client'. Use your name as their password and submit the home inspection request.

Your providers will be notified immediately of the request. Your client can choose the provider they want by clicking the Hire button when viewing the quote.

Payment is made when the service is complete, with the exception of home inspection reports which are delivered after payment.

Our request form allows you to select as many providers as you need saving you valuable time when the home inspection report comes back with several concerns.

We provide a simple, easy to use system for getting quotes and hiring trusted home service professionals not only during the due diligence period but while your clients continue to live in the home.

Our goal is to make your client happy from the moment they decide to buy the home until they decide to call you to sell it.

When you sign up your client and submit a request, several things happen.

● The providers are notified that this is an agent request and to give it top priority.

● You will be notified when a provider has been hired and when the provider has finished the service.

● Your information will be displayed on the client’s dashboard and in every email we send to the client. Not only during the due diligence period but monthly as we help your clients maintain their homes with our monthly newsletter. This will keep you in mind when it comes time for them to sell.

● Your referred providers are shown first in your client’s responses for a quote. When the client opens the quote they will see your information directly below your provider’s information. This makes it easier for your clients to know who to hire.
